BECOMING EXCEPTIONAL’s target customers are children ages 2-12 and their parents/families; parents struggling to effectively tackle their children’s challenging behavioral, mental, and/or emotional issues; individuals and families suffering from the effects of trauma; and those interested in healing at a DNA level using a comprehensive healing plan.

BECOMING EXCEPTIONAL approaches healing from a neurobiological, emotional, skill-based perspective using the following:

  • Psycho-education, and educational materials
  • Strengths-based skills development for children and adults
  • Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Expressive Arts
  • Attachment work
  • CranioSacral Therapy and referrals for other Energy-based modalities
  • Addressing the biological factors of mental & emotional health & DNA impacts of trauma and medications

BECOMING EXCEPTIONAL strives to partner with struggling clients in developing a personalized healing plan for each client and/or the family unit. By applying a variety of techniques to healing and growth, individuals and families experience improvement in function, perspective, family unity, management of emotional and mental functions, and overall well-being.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Energy Work

All the experiences we have are stored in the DNA of our bodies. These DNA memories can be passed on to future generations like hair color and alcoholism. These DNA memories influence our view of, and response to, the world around us. This influences our choices and responses. By removing the DNA markers which lead to negative outcomes we improve our own responses and don’t pass on those markers to future generations, leading to positive outcomes today and healthier societies in the future.
