Being labeled as “difficult” is often a disservice to someone who simply needs to be understood.
I have always connected well with individuals who are different or hard to understand. I haven’t met anyone I can’t relate to in some way.
I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clientele of all ages and have truly seen people overcome some of the hardest things they have been through.
My clinical orientation is strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and emotionally-focused. I integrate relational and attachment-based principles to help develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of connecting to others.
Therapy is My Passion
Therapy is the only career path I’ve ever considered, and I’m grateful to be here. I love being a social worker, and it’s something I’ve worked hard to align my life with. Authenticity and creativity are important to me, and I will continue to foster a space for someone to be themselves.
